工作职责：
Responsibilities
Responsible for GCG SWG's Channel organization. This includes managing several teams that:
Manage the 'Tier 2' partners (42 total partners)
Manage the 'brand' partners (also known as 'pillars') - 5 brands, multiple partners
Manage the BP led territory
Manage the 4 Value Added Distributors

Employees in this role are responsible for relationship with a business partner set of value added distributors (VADs). This is a business partner facing sales role that is cross-brand / cross-specialty in scope.
Employees in this role will provide account management support including marketing, programs, services operational leadership and linkage for these key partners.

Requirements
Experience with the channel (partners) is required.
Very good management skills as well as collaborations skills.
Highest ethical standards are a must (risk of improper business in channels is always a concern).
At least 5 years experience in Relevant working experience.
English: Fluent
