Work Location: Chengdu
Job responsibilities :
Provides a variety of services in support of the delivery of HR training and learning policies and processes;
Works on a daily operational and administrative basis with the line management in support of business objectives and HR strategies;
Communicate with all levels of customers for attainment of instructional objectives, motivation of students and application instruction skills in a classroom and/or virtual environment.
Leverage internal and external resource to fulfil the requirement;
Keep tracking, recording and reporting of the learning management systerm;
Training logistic arrangement.
Requirements:
Excellent command of English in both writing and speaking.
Good interpersonal skill and presentation skill,- class teaching experience is required, can conduct taining in english will be a plus.
Can owen training program independently
Take ownership, fast learner,can-do attitude.
3-4 years HR experiences in multi-National company.
