猎头职位:Sale Director (Training-center)
Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise and train the TRAINING CENTERS sales team.
- Identify, develop and close a targeted list of key accounts (Training Centers).
- You will be responsible for the implementation of all phases of the sales process.
- Prospect potential clients using various channel (Cold calls, exhibitions, networking, meetings, etc.)
- Maintain customer satisfaction through strong account management and implementation skills.
- Submit accurate sales reports and forecasts (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Participate actively to our marketing activities (trade shows, promotional events).
- Territory: China Mainland.
- Extensive customer visits and travels in the assigned territories.
Qualifications
- Age 30+ with good experience of language training market.
- A formal understanding of Solution/Consultative Selling and strong cold calling and prospecting skills.
- Proven ability to prospect and manage a designated territory to maximize revenue growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Team player.
- Self motivated.
- BA or BS required, MBA a plus.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluent English is a MUST.
