Main Duties, Responsibilities and Deliverables:
1.To promote Call Center SI / outsourcing CRM services and to meet agreed revenue targets
2.To project manage the specification and provision of customized service to individual customers
3.To prepare and manage account development plans for individual customers
4.To prospect for new business opportunities and develop business for new customers within HK and the region
5.To prepare bids, presentations and proposals to nominated customers, and to coordinate internal efforts in achieving Professional representation of the Company to customers:
1.To maintain customer contact records and sales process status
2.To provide feedback to Operations in order to develop and enhance suitable service packages
3.To identify and develop new services and products in CRM services
4.To ensure up to date competitors and competitive market information is maintained
Experience and Qualifications:
1.Hands-on experience in PC software applications and tools
2.A successful track record in a sales or customer development environment
3.Good command of English and Cantonese
Personal Competencies:
1.Self-motivated, resilience focus, with a "can-do" attitude
2.Excellent customer orientation and good interpersonal and communication skills
3.Business acumen, highly innovative
4.Ability to work under high pressure and meeting tight schedule
Functional Competencies:
1.Good knowledge of call centre services an advantage
