Responsibility:
1. Own Lenovo global IT architecture, by:
· Planning the IT architecture (application, data, integration and infrastructure): own the current and target IT architectures, and the roadmap
· Maintaining the IT architecture, changing plans as necessary
· Communicating the IT architecture to internal and external stakeholders, including the board and business leaders
· Institutionalizing the IT architecture by: a) ensuring adherence of IT architecture guidelines and plan in projects; b) checking quality of system designs; c) enforcing holistic alignment of system selection to agreed architecture
2. Lead architecture team, by:
· Overseeing management of architecture projects (occasionally, managing the project itself)
· Supervise and coach architecture team members, supporting their activities
· Manage day-to-day administrative work regarding the architecture team

Requirement：
1. Education: complete master degree (doctorate is a plus)
2. Work:
– Experience in system design, development and maintenance in a environments based on SAP and i2, in computer or high-tech industry
– Broad experience in multiple system modules (finance, supply chain, HR, etc.) is a plus
– Experience on the role of IT architect on SAP/i2 environment
– Experience in IBM-based infrastructure set-up (IBM servers, DB2, Websphere ESB)
– Have worked with international teams
3. Work years: minimum of 10 years in the field of SAP/i2 systems, 5 years in architecture / design work
4. Language: Fluent English and/or Chinese Mandarin
5. Communication style
– Strong communication skills: can lead diverse teams, create rapport quickly and work with technical people as well as senior management
– Strong facilitation skills in English and/or Chinese Mandarin
6. Personality
– “Entrepreneur” spirit: can work in an complex, unstructured environment
– Can work in teams with diverse background
