猎头职位： 　海外运营商技术BD总监
Key job responsibilities:
1.Participate in customer projects, providing solution and technical marketing material and make solution presentations
2.Take technical responsibility for the solution analysis, solution design, delivery, specifications & customer interface from a solution perspective
3.Contribute to solution cost estimates, perform business intelligence and analysis of market trends, competitors etc
4.Manage customer requirements and customer expectations from pre-sales through to the implementation stages of the project

Personal requirements:
1.Telecom or IT background with at least 5 years of experiences
2.Experienced in market practices and large team project operations
3.Have excellent communication & presentation skills，be self motivated, confident & innovative
4.Have team and relationship building and operating skills, be passionate about knowledge sharing
5.Personnel worked with developed operators or foreign telecom equipment manufacturers preferred
6.Excellent English capabilities in listening, speaking, reading and writing, bilinguist (French/German/Spanish/Japanese) preferred
