Main Responsibility:
1) Create, deploy and validate market based salary
ranges for IBM GDC;
2) Design, evaluate, analyze and modify compensation
& benefits policies;
3) Prepare the annual performance bonus and salary
review plan;
4) Roll out corporate programs such as new incentive
plans, including implementation;
5) Control monthly payroll for Shanghai center;
6) Prepare the HR monthly report;
7) Data selection and results analyze for annual salary
& benefits survey;
8) Maintain HR information system;
9) Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work relating
to compensation and benefits matters.
Qualifications
1) Bachelor Degree above major in HR, Statistic, and
Finance & Accounting is preferred;
2) English fluent;
3) Broad understanding of wider HR topics minimum
5 years experience in Compensation and Benefits areas;
Preferably in IT or High-Tech MNC working environment;
Strong understanding of the IT services industry;
4) Perform individually.-Knowledge of Chinese Compensation
and Benefits environment such as taxation, statutory
requirements and benefits is essential;
5) Able to articulate ideas and concepts clearly,
good presentation skills to consult and mentor senior
leaders.
6) Strong analytical and numeric skills, well versed
in spreadsheet and/or database tools and strong interest
in developing deeper knowledge of Compensation and
Benefits;
7) Able to interact and communicate with all levels
of staff directly or indirectly through emails or
telephone;
8) Willing to travel as required.
