Financial/HR consultant
Location:BJ/SH/GZ
Core Responsibilities:
1.Perform Oracle EBS implementation activities, including
requirement analysis, solution design, configure and
test, data preparation, user training, go-live support.
2.Use issues-based consulting and specialized methodologies,
assets and work products to create client deliverables.
For financial/HR consultant:
1. AS-IS analysis
2. TO-BE design
3. System configuration
4. Key user training
5. Data conversion
6. On-going support
For technical consultant:
1. Technical spec compiling
2. Coding
3. Operational manual preparation
4. Support functional consultant/client testing
Qualifications (education, seniority, professional
experiences, etc.):
1.Strong application system implementation experience
in Oracle Financials, SCM, MFG, HRM or EAM
2.3-6years of experience in consulting methods &
delivery
3.Willingness to travel to fulfill responsibilities
For financial consultant:
1. Minimum 1 full cycle Oracle ERP project implementation
experience.
2. Familiar with Oracle GL/AR/AP/FA/CE/FA, experience
with ePB is a plus
3. Experience with power generation, banking will
be a plus
For HR consultant:
1. Minimum 1 full cycle Oracle ERP project implementation
experience.
2. Familiar with Oracle HR modules.
3. HR operation experience is a plus
For technical consultant:
1. Experience in Oracle ERP implementation
2. Familiar with Oracle Report, Oracle Forms, Oracle
Workflow, Oracle discovery, etc.
Competencies:
1.Outstanding communication skills
2.Proficient in written & spoken English
