Knowledge & Skill:
1.Minimum bachelor degree;
2.Good oral and written English, good command of Japanese is preferred;
3.Minimum 1 year related working experience in one of the following field is preferred(1)high volume recruitment and resource management in large IT company(2)logistics and supply chain management in multinational corporate;
4.General understanding of the following IT skill is required: Java/Web development、MF、SAP etc; Related technical background is preferred;
5.Hard-working and passion for IBM GDC
6.Good communication skill and team work spirit

Responsibility:
1.The job holder will provide the assistance to Lead RDM for daily execution.
