Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher is required
- Certification or degree for MBA or business management
is highly preferred
Desired Experience
- 3-5 IT vendor experience in sales or presales area
with telco customer segment
- 1-2 marketing or channel related experience
- Understand China telco market, has good relationship
or channel connection to
customer and business partners
- Exellent language skill in both Chinese and English
for both speaking and writing
- Presentable
- High quality documentation skills
- Business development experience is preferred
- Passion for business

Title:Solution
Sales - Chemical & Petroleum (C&P)
Location:Beijing
Job Description
--They support solution sales effort, and extend SME
role to assist sales teams in sales pursuit directing
at target accts they are assigned to. They will be “virtual
CIO” to client organization, and assist client in IT
strategy planning and execution.
--They can participate in OI, presales, and render assistance
to service delivery projects, and impact skills to the
teams.
--They will receive training on the industry solutions,
as will be directed by the global C&P industry
--They can travel to support engagements in another
country where his/her skill is needed.
--They perform ISV alliance role, and work with IBM
extended teams (e.g. SWG) to integrate IBM total value.
Qualifications:
--Relevant O&G experience with significant Petroleum
Company experience - Industry relevant first!
--Understand the Pain Points.
--Deep understanding of the industry economic issues
--Ability to interact with C - level executives
--Capacity to become a trusted advisor to LOB executives
--Ability to speak and carry Thought Leadership at industry
gatherings (OTC, EAGE, SEG, SPE, ARTC conference etc)
--Focus on the customer first and understand the needs
- leverage a solution framework
--Ability to sell the vision and how to get started
(think big, start small, scale)
--Ability to work across the matrix to do what’s required
to be successful - up-sell, cross-sell
