Responsibilities:
1. As a Senior Consultant you will be engaged in business
critical projects for clients, who include many of
the leading Chinese banking, telecommunication, industrial,
government customers.
2. Senior Consultants play an integral role in selling
and delivering enterprise level and complex security
solutions, defining IT security strategies and roadmap
in helping the customer to achieve their business
goals. They will be good communicators and problem
solvers capable of undertaking a range of responsibilities
which may include directing other team members in
selling and delivering.
3. The senior security consultant will be required
to achieve a balance between meeting client obligations
and supporting their own personal development plans.
They will also be expected to provide support to the
business development function and undertake some internal
responsibilities to support the growth of IBM's business.
Desired Experience:
1.Demonstrated experiences on leading IT security
projects that exceed three-month periods
2.IT security consulting experiences
3.Fluenquent in both English and Chinese speaking/writing
and presentation
4.With consultative personality and willing to take
challenges and solve difficult problems
5.Undergraduate from University or above
6.At least have 5 years of IT security experience
7.Experiences in large consulting firms are preferred
8.CISSP or similar experiences are preferred
9.Security technology implementation experiences are
preferred
10.Bachelor's degree or above

customers to assess SOA infrastructure and identify
requirements.
Desired Experience:
1.Demonstrated experiences on leading IT projects that
exceed three-month periods
2.IT experiences on application business case planning
3.IT experiences on either application development,
testing or operation
4.Fluent in both English and Chinese speaking/writing
and presentation
5.With consultative personality and willing to take
challenges and solve difficult problems
6.Undergraduate from University or above
7.At least have 5 years of IT experiences
8.At least have application platform development or
support experience such as IBM WebSphere or BEA Weblogic
will be mandatory
9.Specific industry application know-how and experiences
in involving within application life-cycle will be a
plus

2. Senior BCRS Consultant will play an integral role

BCRS solutions, defining BCRS strategies and roadmap
in helping the customer to achieve their business continuity
goals. He or she will be good communicators and problem
solvers capable of undertaking a range of responsibilities
which may include directing other team members in selling
and delivering. He or she will be required to achieve
a balance between meeting client obligations and supporting
their own personal development plans. He or she will
also be expected to provide support to the business
development function and undertake some internal responsibilities
to support the growth of IBM's business.
3. The senior BCRS consultant is required to have strong
knowledge and experiences in business continuity industry,
lead the engagement to identify customer pains and issues,
design business continuity strategy, and perform assessment
and help to perform high level solution design. He or
she is also required to work closely with sales team
and solution design team to lead the engagement as well
as work closely with delivery team to support or lead
project delivery. He or she is also expected to be responsible
for generating downstream business.
Desired Experience:
1.Understand customer requirements
2.Lead engagement team to define engagement strategy
, model and resource requirements
3.Maximize IBM Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
value through presentation, communication, seminar or
workshop
4.Be responsible for project planning and resource allocation
5.Support BCRS practice's development in China including
engagement portfolio localization, sales kit and proposal
template development
6.Supervise and review work of less experienced practitioners
and provide necessary training to them
7.At least 10 years of working experience in IT industry
and 5 years experience in business continuity consulting
services
8.Delivered work of risk analysis, business impact analysis
or environment assessment
9.Delivered at least 2 BCP or DRP projects for large
enterprise
10.Understand China Business continuity and Disaster
Recovery market and customer buying behavior
11.DRI/BCI certification is preferred
12.Have knowledge of Disaster Recovery solutions
13.MS in IT technology or E&E
14.Positive working attitude. Good communication skill
15.Fluent English in writing and oral
16.Chinese speaking candidates are preferred
17.Team work
