Job duties：
1. Make plans in finance related matters and operational matters where appropriate;
2. Supervise monthly, quarterly and year-end closing, co-ordinate with the auditor;
3. Lead budget planning, budget vs. actual analysis;
4. Prepare and review monthly financial report under US GAAP, financial report analysis;
5. Prepare regular management reports, financial analyses;
6. Acquired companies finance performance review.

Requirements：
1、University degree in accounting or relevant discipline with minimum five years’ working management experiences
2、MVAS industry finace experiences in a must.
3、Familiar with US and Hong Kong financial law.
4. Strong technical finance skill;
5. A qualified CPA and sounded knowledge on US GAAP;
6. Experience of audit in Big 4;
7. Enable to work under pressure;
8. Good coaching skills.
9. Good English skill woulf be a merit.
