
Responsibilities:
• Build the trusts with the client and manage customer relationship
• Oversee delivery program, identify issues and risks, help program managers to solve the key issues
• Identify new opportunities and engage with customer to close it
• Drive account growth and accountable for account signing and revenue target, as well as meeting personal utilization target
• Can perform as SME in client engagement or delivery stages, to advise business leaders upon strategy, business process, and IT solution
• Over 8-10 years industry experience in leading Retail companies, with deep knowledge of industry issues, best practices, and solutions
• Experienced in managing complex custom development or ERP program with at least over 50 people
• Very experienced in building client trusts through delivery excellence and has strong customer facing skills to engage with customer and build client relationships
• Fast learner, good communicator, analytical thinker, and team player
