Job description
This role provides management consulting to client IT and Business Executives who are responsible for managing and delivering IT related services to their end user community or external customers. They define the business drivers and associated IT capabilities and services that are required, develop the IT capabilities and implement the IT business management systems required to maintain IT value and service delivery.
Required Skills
Essential Skills:
a) Minimum 3 years work experience as IT Consultant with facilitating, requirement survey/analysis, conceptual design and planning skills
b) Familiar with the use of structured methodology in facilitation, issues resolution and strategic planning
c) Strong communication skills including authoring of industry insights, point of views and consulting reports
d) Strong business sense and capability to relate IT to business needs and strategy
e) Communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) and read/write professional Chinese
Technical Skills orientation:
a) Minimum 7 years IT Infrastructure experience in planning, designing and implementation of complex technology architecture emcompassing networks, server/storage, security, business continuity/recovery and user access domains, or
b) Minimum 5 years in IT servies management design and operation for sizable data center and/or IT operation familiar with IT Governance and organization design, IT processes, services standardization and services design experience, or
c) Minimum 5 years as Enterprise Architect with proven track record in architecture consulting and design with focus on system architecture and middleware integration 
Required
At least 5 years experience in IT Consultant
At least 7 years experience in IT Infrastructure experience
At least 7 years experience in Enterprise Architect
Bachelor's Degree
English: Fluent
