Job responsibility:
Provide technical support and consultation to CDL internal users and external customers, including OS and middleware maintenance, performance tunning, administration, trouble shooting and problem determination on system z.
Responsible for maintaining all mainframe servers in CDL, including one System z10.
Participate in emerging technology projects initiated by stakeholders, such as zCloud, monitoring, system automation, etc.
Support GCG z business growth by providing z infrastructure support to z customers and leveraging CDL z product development teams.
Add value to CDL System z support and maintain service;

Job requirement:
Minimum of 5 years working experience on mainframe system maintenance;
Good understanding of zSeries architecture and z/OS management knowledge;
Good experience in JES2, SDSF, ISPF, SMP/E, SMS, RACF is necessarily;
Good Experience in Unix System Services and TCPIP on z/OS;
Skilled in DB2, WAS, CICS for z/OS;
Strong problem solving skills;
Strong sense of responsibility, quick learner;
Teamwork spirit, passion for work;
Good English/communication skills;
Good presentation and documentation skill is a plus;
Self-motivation is required;
Experience in script writing, including REXX, CLIST and Shell is preferred;
Experience in Tivoli system monitoring and automation products on system z is preferred;
Good kowledge of linux, zLinux is preferred;
Experience in zVM is preferred.

职位二：Mainframe Service Specialist

Job Responsibility
The role has the responsibility to manage mainframe system for outsourcing customers. Focus on customer mainframe system maintenances including z/OS, CICS, VTAM, RACF and other IBM mainframe products. The role must ensure the reliability, availability and performance of the mainframe systems according to the Service Level Requirements. This will be performed through cooperative interaction with team members, manager and Customer.

There are 3 kinds of openings with respective specialization as:
1)        for zOS who should be familar with Parallel Sysplex setup and maintenance.
2)        for DB2 who should be familiar with DB2 datasharing and DB2 performance tuning
3)        for CICS who should be familiar with CICSplex, problem determination and performance duning. 

Job Requirement
1)        At least 3 years working experience on mainframe maintenance;
2)        Well versed in IBM z/OS, CICS, VTAM, RACF;
3)        Able to perform installation, configuration and troubleshooting on IBM mainframe software products;
4)        Bachelor degree or above;
5)        Good communication skill and interpersonal skill.
