
Job Description
- Support our business growth in telecom clients including China Telecom, China Unicom, CCTV, etc.
- Acting as business development leader, work together with client representative team and service sales team for service business opportunities.
- With in-depth understanding of industry and client business requirements, address them with our solutions to maximize our industry or account share.
- Understand our service solutions and business model, working closely with other BUs to develop/close industry solution/deals.
- Develop 6-12 months key plays based on our solutions and competency, and drive out solid execution plan with result.
- Take leading position in complex service project engagement and closing.
- Develop sales and demand generation programs, generate and qualify business opportunities for next 6-12 months; help sales team to close in-Q opportunities and meet business expectations.
- Establish thought leadership with customer key business & technical decision makers to preempt opportunities against competitors, and enlarge our mind share.
- Be accountable for assigned semi-annual quota and related KPIs.
Required Skills
- At least 8 years working experience in telecom industry, with at least 5 years sales or BD experience
- Service business background, or have direct contract experience (>USD 2M in single contract) with telecom companies.
- Rich business development experience with proven results.
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure services and business.
- 1st tier university degree, or master degree
- Able to work independently, good team player, creative in solving customer problems
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and willing to travel
Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 8 years experience in working experience in telecom industry
- At least 5 years experience in sales or BD experience
- Fluent English in both oral and written. CET-6 or equivalent level
