Job description
Managed Services architect in charge of pre-sale solution design;
1. Provide sales support to sell IBM Managed Services;
2. Perform solution presentation to customers;
3. Develop solution proposal and SOW that best meet customer requirement ;
4. Develop new service offering based on market demand and comply with strategy.

Required Skills
1. At least 5-8 years working experience in IT infrastructure design or IT service management.
2. At least 4-6 years pre-sales experience.
3. Good knowledge of data center technology including facility, sever, storage, network, security, cloud computing and etc.
4. Good understanding of IDC business, hosting and managed services.
5. Ability to deal with solution vendor / partners.
6. Complex project management experience.
7. Working experience of IT service management in multinational company is preferred.
8. Good communication skill at c-level and team work attitude.
9. Excellent English skill in both oral and written，CET-6 is a must or equivalent.
10. Bachelor degree, MBA is a plus.
Technical Certification requirements:
1. ITIL foundation certification as minimal requirement, ITIL Service Manager is preferred.
2. MCSE certified is necessary.
3. CCNA/CCNP certified is necessary.
4. CISSP or PMP is preferred.
