LTE eNodeB Algorithm Senior Engineer
Responsibilities:
ü As LTE eNodeB algorithm & simulation specialist, the successful candidate will be a key member for system design team whose responsibility is to define the competitive LTE eNodeB base-band algorithm products
ü Algorithm engineer will analyze the LTE features and provide performance evaluation, algorithm specification and product solutions for each product release
ü In detail, the capable candidate is responsible for the algorithm design, link-level simulator setup(both floating point & fixed point), performance evaluation and improvements
ü Algorithm engineer will contribute to LTE eNodeB SW design based on DSP architecture
Requirements:
ü Education background: Master or above, major in electronic engineering, telecommunication
ü Good knowledge of Wireless system (GSM, UMTS, LTE etc) architecture
ü 6+ years working experience on PHY layer algorithm research and both floating&fixed point LLS development
ü 3+ years on TD-LTE eNode-B Algorithm design and simulation experience
ü Knowledge on TD-LTE Beamforming Algorithm research and development (Broadcasting and Service Beamforming with Weight Estimation, Antenna Calibration, etc.) is a must
ü Knowledge on TD-LTE Algorithm development (Sync, Channel Estimation and MIMO detection) is a plus
ü Experience on DSP/FPGA development for algorithm implementation will be plus
ü Master C/C++ and Matlab
ü Language ability: English, good, both written and oral
ü Ability to co-operate and work with people from different cultures
ü Self-motivated, flexible and strong analytic and problem solving skills
