Job description
- Be responsible for establishing strong technical & business relationship with the focus accounts including the CxO level relationship building, acting as the overall technical focal point
- Drive the revenue increasing through trusted technical partnership with the selected accounts
- Define & Execute account overall technical strategy (short-term & long-term)
- Lead & guide the cross-brand team to design complex IT solution to address client's business problem, involve in the solution implementation stage when required
- Also be S&D sector executive's technical partner
Requirements
- Good understanding on Rail industry and customer agenda, can apply the industry knowledge when designing end-to-end solution even influence the customer agenda
- Be able to design complex IT solution using varies BU offering with proven record being a lead architect
- Very good inter-person skill, be experienced on people network building and negotiation skill
- Good understanding & real practice experience on IBM method family, and the TeamSD skill and consultative selling skill will be a must
- Understand the cut-edge technologies & solutions such as SmarterCity, BAO, Cloud etc. as well as the competitors offering
- Strong leadership skill especially in client long term partnership building, collaborative influence ability, leading team etc.
- The skill of talking with (even dealing with) CxO level personnel will be important
- Problem determination and solving skill
- Fluent Chinese & English skill in both written & oral skill
- PM skill will be a plus
- Financial skill will be a plus
