Job description
Closely work with Great East China (GEC) SWG Executive and Growth Region SWG Manager to drive business growth, Support Geo Expansion strategy by aligning with market movement and government agenda. Drive effective initiative and build up healthy ecosystem in Remote city, enhance remote city SWG branding and awareness. Collaborate and leverage cross company's aligned team for SWG presence internally and externally.
1. Develop and drive the implementation of GEC Software Group location MSM plan
2. Provide direction and strategic focus areas for the local region based on market insights
3. Manage GEC Software Group Pipeline make sure sustained Pipeline and coverage for all routes
4. Drive marketing initiatives & efforts to build and grow the pipeline in remote City.
5. Develop BP Ecosystem with marketing programs for GEC to drive growth with our Business Partners
6. Improve linkages with extended local marketing and BU teams

Required Skills
1 Strong business acumen
2. Strong communication skill
3. Good analytical skill
4. Bachelor and above, MBA preferred.
5. IT Industry, software solution background preferred
6. Marketing experience is a must
7. Preferably to have sales background
