Job Description
This role provides management consulting to client IT and Business Executives who are responsible for managing and delivering IT related services to their end user community or external customers. They define the business drivers and associated IT capabilities and services that are required, develop the IT capabilities and implement the IT business management systems required to maintain IT value and service delivery.
Main tasks:
- Active participation in engagement and delivery phase.
- Contribute in deep to analyze customer requirements and setup related data model design (including asset and CMDB view) and in general to the technical design management of all deployed standard tools
- Plan the customization and implementation of the IT service management process which may include tracking and reporting; acquisitions; managing complex technology rollouts.
- Apply knowledge of service management in both technical and consultative way.
- Provide the client with recommendations for the enhancement or development of IT processes and their relationship to an overall IT Process model. The reference model can be either the IBM IT Process Model or the ITIL model.
- Knowledge of the MAXIMO product suite; Applies MAXIMO and Accelerator knowledge to create customer architectural deliverables.
Required Skills
- At least 5 years experience in ITIL processes consultant，especially incident, problem, change, release and configuration management
- At least 5 years experience in implementation of ITIL solutions end-to-end using IBM Maximo or BMC Remedy
- At least 5 years experience in Middleware service architect
- Good Team player and strong communication

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
