Job description
CDL(China Development Lab) GPS(Global Process Services) Asset team is part of GPS WW organizations. The objective of GPS Asset Lab is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of building solution content - using common components, standard processes and a common platform. The CDL GPS team has successfully delivered about 20 solutions for WW customers in Customer relationship management (CRM), Finance and administration (F&A), Human resources and learning (HR), Supply chain management (SCM) etc areas.

In GPS team, you will have chance to:

Master's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent

Required Skills
-- At least 5 years experience on Java/J2EE/Web applications
-- At least 3 years experience in software solution design.
-- Familiar with IBM Websphere middleware and DB2.
-- Work experience of full solution/software development cycle.
-- Experience in B2B or Procurement solution is a plus
-- Experience in Content Manager, MDM, Sterling Commerce, Cognos, or SPSS is plus.
-- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English and in Chinese.
-- Strong leadership, self-motivated, and team player.
-- Creative problem solving, flexibility, and adaptability.

Responsibilities
We are looking for a solution technical lead, who will:
- Lead GPS solution projects in development, test, deployment, etc.
- Communicate with WW stakeholder/customers to perform solution development
- Teamwork with architect, management team, test team and other developers
- Lead the team to resolve critical technical and non-technical problems to archive the project goal, also improving the development efficiency by adopting new methods.
- Work together with worldwide counterparts and collaborate across GPS teams to build mutual trust relationship.
