Job description
R&D GPS(Global Process Services) Asset team is part of GPS WW organizations. The objective of GPS Asset Lab is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of building solution content - using common components, standard processes and a common platform. The R&D GPS team has successfully delivered about 20 solutions for WW customers in Customer relationship management (CRM), Finance and administration (F&A), Human resources and learning (HR), Supply chain management (SCM) etc areas.

We are now looking for a highly motivated technical talent with rich experience in test engineering area to join us. You will have chances to play to your strength and apply your creative ideas to the world-class solutions.
Bachelor/Master's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent

-- Rich experience in product or solution testing
-- Experience with Java/J2EE, WebSphere, DB2
-- Be familiar with testing methodology, RUP/IRUP dev process and Agile best practices.
-- Operating Systems: AIX and/or Linux, and Windows
-- Automation testing experience is plus
-- Familiar with IBM product testing and Rational Test Tools (Clear Quest, Functional Tester, etc) is plus.
-- Excellent English Communication skill, and good problem solving skill.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with WW stakeholder/customers to coordinate solution testing, have day-to-day test status reporting and tracking.
- Work with test architect, management team and test team to deliver the test documents such as Quality Plan, Test Strategy or Test Plan, etc.
- Lead the team to resolve critical technical and non-technical problems to archive the project goal, also improving the testing efficiency by adopting new methods.
- Work together with worldwide counterparts and collaborate across GPS teams to build mutual trust relationship.

Deliverables
- Test Plans , Status Reporting, Test Cases, Defects, Test Sizing, execution, etc
