Party A:
Party B: Chance (China)
IT Headhunting Co.
After friendly negotiation, both parties reach the following agreements
on Long-term HR cooperate relationship:
一. Cooperate Relationship:
Both parties will develop all-around cooperation according
to HR requirements of Party A and build up long-term
strategic cooperate relationship. All cooperate should
be in the principle of mutual benefit and practical.
二. Cooperate Contents:
1、Headhunting Service: A team from Party B will assist the Party
A
in constructing core group and providing long-term
services such as the extension of Strategic talents, pertinent solution scheme and
headhunting for high-level talents. Part B won't solicit any employee of Part
A for
placement in another company.
2.Consulting Service: Party B will help Party
A to develop business by experts of "Chance IT talent club" according
to COMPANY requirements. Both
parties can discuss the details in addition if possible.
3.Dimission guidance: Party B
can find proper job opportunity for the
excellent dimissory during industry structure adjusting
and business conformity.
三. Service Discount:All
service fee will be lower than normal service fee.
四. Resource Sharing :In
order to widen talents database of Party B, Party
A can supply improper candidates during the
recruitment to Party B every 2 months.
五. Time Limit:
The agreement will come into force in 2 years after signed by both parties
.
